Tina is an associate in our corporate department. Her practice focuses in the area of corporate and securities law with an emphasis on investment funds and asset management. Tina completed the J.D./M.B.A. program at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. During her studies, she was part of the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic and participated in the Osgoode IP Law & Technology Intensive.
Prior to joining Osler, Tina worked as an associate at a mid-size law firm in Toronto where she assisted on a variety of corporate, commercial and securities matters, including private and public M&A, debt and equity securities offerings, go-public transactions, real estate joint ventures, lending, and secured transactions.
