• Lead banking counsel to a Canadian utility partnership and its affiliates in their various syndicated credit facilities with multiple syndicated agents aggregating over $1 billion in credit facilities
• Lead counsel to a Canadian Bank in extending $150 million to a private group of companies with affiliates in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.
• Lead counsel to a Canadian Bank in extending over $125 million to a private company and its affiliates in the Alberta agricultural industry.
• Lead counsel to an international private company and its affiliates in establishing new operations in Canada and entering into services arrangements with Canadian clients and Canadian banks in excess of $1 billion.
