Jacqueline’s practice is concentrated on matters arising in corporate and commercial law, with a special emphasis on insolvency and restructuring. In addition, she is frequently engaged in all areas of the firm's practice, including franchising, product liability, administrative law and regulatory affairs.

As a research lawyer, she has considerable expertise in developing legal and practical solutions to diverse and complicated issues. She drafts major legal opinions, develops legal arguments for critical litigation matters, and advises clients on contract or statutory interpretation, regulatory compliance and numerous other corporate, commercial or insolvency matters.

Prior to joining Osler, she articled at the Supreme Court of Canada for Mr. Justice Peter Cory.
