Jacques is a partner in Osler’s Vancouver office and is a member of our Corporate Group. He has a general corporate commercial practice, with an emphasis on matters relating to corporate finance and securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, technology and corporate governance.

Jacques represents public and private Canadian and international companies and advises them on a wide range of issues including start-up, incorporation, share and asset sales, debt and equity financing, private placements, public offerings, continuous disclosure, corporate reorganizations and general corporate law matters.
