Joyce is a partner in the Financial Services Group in Toronto. Sought out for her pragmatic and results oriented approach, Joyce regularly represents Canadian and foreign financial institutions, private equity funds and corporations in connection with structuring and negotiating financing transactions including acquisition financings, senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions and debt offerings. Joyce has particular expertise in fintech/SaaS secured lending transactions, private equity fund acquisition financing, and cross-border loan transactions.

    • Arranger and lenders in connection with acquisition of Garda World Securities Corp. by Apax Partners
