Nathalie is a law partner at the firm. She specializes in business law and has close to 30 years of experience with emerging companies. She has developed recognized expertise in technology, life sciences and green tech. Nathalie's clients benefit not only from her in-depth knowledge of these various sectors but also of the major players and stakeholders.

Nathalie’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financing, venture capital, government contracts, joint ventures, licensing and collaboration agreements. She also serves as de facto counsel to privately held companies in the technology sector, providing legal advice on various matters such as raising capital and financing, negotiating commercial agreements, employment law and IP. Nathalie also advises prominent international companies, including franchise systems, on many aspects of their operations.

Nathalie is also actively involved as a founding member and member of the board of directors of Réseau Anges Québec, a group of private investors that takes an interest in new companies that are bold and ambitious. Nathalie has also served on various boards of directors including, currently, that of the Accélérateur de création d’entreprises technologiques (ACET). Recognized for her proactivity and her commitment, and appreciated for her goal-centred vision, Nathalie is a sought-after business partner who offers tangible and focused advice geared to the market.
