Nathalie is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. Her practice focuses on financings, mergers and acquisitions transactions of technology companies and intellectual property as applied to businesses (start-ups, growing or established).  She represents numerous companies in the area of life sciences, information technology and green technologies, in respect of negotiating national and international strategic alliances, joint ventures, licensing and collaboration agreements and government contracts  She also advises prominent franchise systems expanding in Québec.

Nathalie is a founding member of Réseau Anges Québec.

  • Represented Publicis Groupe Inc. in its acquisition of an interest in Publicis Canada Inc.;
  • Represented and advised a number of companies in the industry of life sciences particularly in the context of their funding, their strategic alliances and clinical studies;
  • Represented and advised a number of companies that develop and market clean technologies as part of their financing, marketing and joint venture agreements.
  • Represented several domestic and foreign investment funds as part of various risk capital investments in the technologyand life sciences sectors;
  • Negotiated complex strategic alliances between major players in the video game industry;
  • Represented online service providers on issues related to cross-border data on public sector clients;
  • Advised clients in connection with many government procurement topics, including integration projects;
  • Represented clients in connection with various online services including computer data protection and management and control tools;
  • Represented Anges Québec and Accelerateur de création d’entreprises through the creation of their funds;
  • Represented an intermunicipal board of municipalities as part of tender process for the creation of limited partnerships and the creation of such partnerships for the operation of wind farms in Quebec and for the negotiation of commercial agreements;
