Nik is an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies group. His practice focuses on emerging companies, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate matters.

Nik completed the Juris Doctor and Master of Arts in Economics joint program at the University of Toronto. Prior to law school, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Toronto.

Nik joined the firm as a summer student in 2020 and completed his articles with the firm in 2022.
