On July 16, 2018, Dominion Voting Systems announced that it had been acquired by its management team and Staple Street Capital.

Dominion Voting Systems is a leading provider of election tabulation hardware and software solutions in the U.S. and Canada.  

Staple Street Capital is a New-York based private equity firm that invests in middle-market businesses.
