Scribble in its acquisition of ion interactive, inc., an interactive content platform provider

On September 21, 2017, Scribble Technologies Inc. ("ScribbleLive") announced the acquisition of ion interactive, inc ("ion"). As a result of this acquisition, ScribbleLive further strengthens its ability to help its clients by bringing new interactive capabilities to its platform.

ScribbleLive is a leading content experience platform which helps brands, sports and media organizations manage the full lifecycle of their content.

ion is an enterprise platform that provides marketing applications software services.
