On January 7, 2021, Willow announced its seed financing round led by Harden Group. The financing will be put towards building Willow’s platform, as well as for marketing and growth as the company builds an online real estate exchange. Willow’s platform will allow retail investors to purchase and hold interest, receive monthly rental profits and sell interest to other participants. Willow’s platform will be the first of its kind in Canada.
Willow is a Toronto based proptech focusing on allowing investors to buy fractions of real estate and receive their share of the profits.
