Briana MacEachern

Briana provides advice and representation to employers on a wide range of employment and labour matters, including employment standards, human rights and the duty to accommodate, occupational health and safety, workplace policies, employment contracts, workplace investigations and employee terminations.

Briana also has significant corporate and commercial litigation experience, including in the areas of complex contractual disputes, product liability, shareholder disputes, and securities litigation.

Briana has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta and Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench.

Prior to joining Osler, Briana articled and worked as an associate at another leading Canadian national law firm.
