Jean-Philippe Dionne

Jean-Philippe is an associate in the Montréal office and a member of the taxation group. Jean-Philippe holds both a civil law degree (LL.B.) and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the Université de Sherbrooke.

His practice focuses on domestic and international tax planning for corporations and individuals, including estate planning.  He advises clients on the tax considerations and issues related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings and reorganizations, and compensation of directors and officers.
