Jeremy Perron

Jeremy is a partner practising in Osler’s Employment and Labour and Pensions and Benefits groups in our Montréal office. His practice focuses on employment and labour law, executive compensation and workforce risk management, with particular emphasis on advising employers on the employment and labour aspects of corporate transactions. He supports local and international employers in navigating complex workplace issues and aligning legal strategy with business objectives.

Jeremy works closely with employers’ legal, human resources and executive teams to provide comprehensive representation across the full range of employment and labour matters. His experience includes drafting and negotiating employment and consulting agreements, executive compensation and incentive arrangements, workplace policies and restrictive covenants, and advising on employment standards compliance, human rights matters, workforce restructurings and terminations of employment. He also represents employers in complex grievance arbitrations and employment-related disputes, in addition to advising on collective bargaining and workplace investigations.

Jeremy serves on the board of the Quebec figure skating federation (Patinage Québec) and is a member of the Liaison Committee of the Montréal Bar with the Conference of Arbitrators of Québec (Comité de liaison du Barreau de Montréal avec la Conférence des arbitres du Québec).
