On June 23, 2026, Berkshire Partners announced its strategic investment in Harbourfront Wealth Management Inc., a leading Canadian independent wealth management firm, providing wealth management services to affluent and high-net-worth clients through its CIRO-registered securities advisory business and its investment counsel portfolio manager (ICPM) platform. The transaction, valued at $1.775 billion, is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the second half of 2026.
