The acquisition will allow Thumbtack to provide one of the first personalized maintenance services for homeowners in the US which will allow homeowners to plan, budget and complete projects. The acquisition is also expected to drive deeper loyalty and engagement while accelerating growth, and will provide Thumbtack with market presence and a talent pool in Canada.
