Sandy is an associate in our Litigation Group. He maintains a general civil and commercial litigation practice.

Sandy obtained his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to attending law school, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts specializing in Russian Studies and Foreign Policy from University of King’s College and Dalhousie University. During his time at law school, Sandy participated in several mooting competitions, including the Gale Cup Moot, and the Corporate Securities Law Moot. In his second year, Sandy worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Jamie Cameron at Osgoode Hall Law School.

Sandy joined the firm as an articling student in 2016 and returned to the firm as an associate in 2017.

    • Representing and advising two national construction companies in a mediation relating to the design and construction of a $250MM transit expansion
    • Representing and advising a national construction company in ongoing claims regarding construction liens
    • Advising a world leading construction and services company in disputes resulting from the design-build-finance of numerous projects connected to a major Ontario infrastructure project
