On February 6, 2026, Bitfarms Ltd. (Bitfarms) announced that its board of directors approved a plan of arrangement pursuant to which Bitfarms will redomicile from Canada to the United States, subject to the receipt of shareholder, stock exchange and court approvals. This transition will allow for Bitfarms to access new sources of capital, increase its eligibility for index inclusion and simplify its story for U.S. investors. Upon completion of the re-domiciliation, Bitfarms will operate under the new name “Keel Infrastructure Corp.”.
