Carly is a partner in the litigation department at Osler in Toronto. Carly’s practice includes business-critical litigation and dispute resolution matters, with experience in large complex commercial disputes, contractual disputes, construction and infrastructure disputes, and tax litigation. Prior to joining Osler, Carly worked as a legal intern in Washington, D.C. and was a senior editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal. Carly joined Osler as a summer student in 2008 and articled with the firm in 2010-2011, during which time she was seconded to Osler’s New York office where she was involved in various cross-border matters.

    • Kids Help Phone in its intervention at the Supreme Court of Canada regarding cyber bullying and the protection of anonymity of young people.
